Gist

Hootsuite
Basically works pretty much like TweetDeck, but for me personally I prefer Hootsuite as you can use it anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet browser with an internet connection. It also allows you to keep up with your followers, customize various streams for your lists or streams for anything at all including inbox, outbox, featured tweets, conversational tracking, keyword tracking, promotion and management of multiple twitter accounts.
