5 Reasons Why I’ve Had Enough of Super Affiliates

Have you already heard enough of sales pages you receive in your emails from super affiliates?

Have you already been so sick of getting those offers into your mailbox from guys like Michael Rasmussen, Jeff Deidrick, Russell Bronson, Ritoban C, Adeel & Chowdhry, Ewen Chia, Anik Singal..?

Have you heard of the millions of dollars they earn and the success stories they’ve told you about?

How they make you look like a fool when you can’t make money when they have case studies that goes like this:

“Even A 10 yr old kid could do this in 2 weeks!!”

“It’s as easy as making a cup of coffee for yourself!”

“Just 2 hours of work a day?

I KNOW I HAVE!

I am sure if you have been around the internet marketing niche for a while, you will come to realize that only a few household names are making the lion’s share of affiliate income across the internet. These super affiliates promise you the world but I’ve yet to hear anyone say something positive about their products or at least all of their products.

True some of them are good but really very few offer you quality for the money you spend.

There are 5 reasons why I have enough of them:

1.  Rehash Content/Crappy Products

I’ve seen a gazillion super affiliates coming up with products that sells in all sorts of fancy names but are in fact similar products. Take for example ebooks that teach you how to write articles. I’ve actually lost count how many different types of products that teaches you how to write articles.

Those who actually buy them should consider the fact that they need to work at something before becoming an expert in it. I don’t think there is any much difference between info products offered by these affiliates.

2. Spamming Your Email

It is true that several measures have been taken to send their newsletter to your emails. Email ISPs and autoresponders play a part in reducing the amount of spam messages. But I think some of those emails just have too much hype in it. I really have no problems receiving emails from them, if they sound more honest in their sales letter.

Charlie Page, owner of the Director Of Ezines is an example of an internet marketer who is truthful and honest in his emails.  I really enjoy reading his emails. This is not to say the others aren’t good either. I personally unsubscribe to a lot of junk from super affiliates unless I deem them “readable” and worthy of my time.

3. Just Being A Marketer

Some of the super affiliates out there are only interested in selling their products without offering help to us mere newbies. The impression I get from them is that they only want to sell and not help.

If you need help sure, most of us join their membership program (at a cost). So when you decide to join their membership program, you discover that what they are offering is crap and things get too expensive with a dozen upsells i.e get their autoresponder, get more softwares, more products etc… the list goes on.

4. They Make You Feel Like an Idiot

This brings me to what I mention earlier in this article. They present case studies and testimonials which are huge success stories. And when you try it, it doesn’t work. And then you wonder if you are the idiot or it’s the other way round. At the end of the day, they take in the commissions and they forget about you.

Ok, to be fair, not all of them walk away from you. I know a few honest and good super affiliates like Anik Singal who can offer you some real help. Maybe a few more, but to be honest I don’t know how many are out there to really help you be successful online.

5. Success Is Not Instant

I have not seen or known anyone who has made it in their first go online as an internet marketer, whether they are a blogger, affiliate marketer, MLM marketer or ezine marketing. Let me know if you have heard of any. Most of the time I hear all the hype is that you will be guaranteed to make money. Every successful internet entrepreneur put in effort and sacrificed a lot before making it BIG online.

So there you go, a list of 5 reasons why I’ve had enough of them. I think people should bear in mind also that they should stick to one system and follow it through to ensure success. That’s not to say I’m discouraging from buying any products from super affiliates. A good place to do research for these products is on the Warriorforum or Digitalpoint.

I agree with your list. Plus, I just hate the feeling that I probably lose readers because I can’t promise that they will earn a million bucks a month by following me.
Personally, I think those sales pitches are a scam, but I’m sure people fall for it or they wouldn’t do it.

Success is not instant. I agree with this statement. Too many people think it was easy to make money.

yeah exactly, no one earns a million bucks immediately. it takes time, sacrifice and a lot of hard work but once you get there you will look back and think that is a job well done :)

I think more bloggers should do write-ups like this to get the msg across. It takes time and effort to make a lot of money

When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Especially on the internet ;)
If someone has a way to get rich quick, why should he try to sell silly products if he can easily earn millions?

thats exactly right hans. I’ve not heard of any other get rich quick schemes apart from winning a lottery, and that is only if you’re lucky enough.
